it’s been so long since i listened to tool it’s like i’m hearing this for the first time again. i’ve been pretty scoffy about them for the past few years but that delayed guitar line is gettin’ me. and the “walls come down” bit. all of my nostalgiums. all of them.

in computer apps my freshman year we had to make a power point presentation about ourselves. instead of making one i spent those weeks surfing the internet and listening to lateralus. the day i had to present i bailed and sat in the bathroom listening to radiohead and reading hitchhiker’s guide to the galaxy. i regret nothing

i need to see eraserhead again
